4. ORDERS

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

IMNAM reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

All payments must be completed before shipment.

6. SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

In accordance with EU law, customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Conditions:

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
